Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (5-7 during promotional and holiday periods)

⚠️ Important Note: Processing time IS NOT the same as shipping time regardless of the shipping speed you choose.

Refund Policy

We will not refund shipping costs due to carrier delay.

Overnight Delivery

Overnight orders placed on Friday are delivered on the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

Domestic Orders

• USPS First Class Mail does not have a guaranteed delivery date
• USPS provides tracking, but we cannot guarantee delivery times

International Orders

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• All customs charges including duties and taxes associated to their order
• The cost of returning their samples to our lab

Customs Policy

• African Ancestry will not refund any customs charges
• Please make sure that you understand how customs charges are calculated in your country
